We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders within West Bengal. For outside West Bengal and international orders, shipping charge will be applicable depending on the volumetric dimensions / weights, whichever is higher. If you fail to take the delivery of the goods, srizanexclusive may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping costs. We will ship orders within 2 to 3 working days after getting payments and if the product is ready. As it is hand crafted product, if it is not ready at our end it would take 30 to 35 working days to ship those orders.
